United welcome three strikers back for the visit of Hearts in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League match.
Jon Daly is available again following the birth of his daughter on Wednesday and is likely to start, while Roy O'Donovan and Warren Feeney have shrugged off recent injuries.
Midfielder Willo Flood has recovered from a hamstring strain and is pushing for a place in the side but Michael Kovacevic is a doubt with a sore jaw. Striker Mike Tullberg and midfielder Bruno Aguiar have both been included in the Hearts squad after recovering from injuries.
Danish forward Tullberg could make his long-awaited debut at Tannadice, probably from the bench, after recovering from the torn thigh muscle that has blighted him since his loan move from Reggina.
Portuguese player Aguiar has also finally shaken off ankle and knee problems after lasting featuring for the first team in April 2007.
But Andy Driver, David Obua, Deividas Cesnauskis, Robbie Neilson and Mirsad Beslija remain out.
